Hi Richard
Firstly, What are "New IR Beams" refferred to in your invoice?
IR Beams are Infra Red light beams generated by the sensor!! The original call last Monday is for the Gate control pcb to be replaced.
This is an insurance claim and thus this extra bill does not affect me personally.
On the 2nd call (gate not opening from house) Tuesday, i mentioned that the sensor was clicking occasionally.
Simon cleaned the ants out of the box.
3RD call (gate open LED not working in house) Wednesday, i was confronted with an extra bill for R1,100+ (sensor pcb R800) and rest a description like "New IR Beams" in your new invoice.
I am not responsible for your comeback calls because u did not fix the gate properly the 1st time.
I object to submitting a false claim because i am proud to be one of the few honest people left in SA.
Also, there is the possibility of the claim being rejected / investigated (assessor).
I want to pay the original invoice today but this is delaying payment.
Must i add this invoice to the claim too?

Once again you are showing your total lack of any understanding of the system and how it works.
You are asking for a refund on the PC board which you paid for after it was hit by lightning…the board is working fine, the further problems that occurred were on the wiring for the led light, which we repaired and did not charge you, the IR beams which we put in a new board for which you have not paid us, and the micro switched which you got someone else to fix. Now you seem to thing that because we replaced the PC board we must repair everything else for you free of charge. We give a guarantee on what we have done and for which we have been paid. You have threatened both Kenneth and Simon with physical harm and attach, and we will be laying criminal charges against you for this. You do not have a clue about this system, but think that you do. You always start your angry outbursts wit “I am not stupid you know”. Sorry, but you are. You are the most unpleasant, angry and violence prone person we have ever had the misfortune to do business with, and our refusal to return to your site is fully understandable.

Now we are getting to see the rude you. Me a thief? Please tell me what I have stolen? You however have stolen my time and my IR beam control board…that makes you the thief as well as exposing , again your total ignorance.
Let me work through this again for you point by point, and try to concentrate this time.
You call me to fix yourgate. I find the PC board has been hit by lightening. I replace the board and charge you for it and the call-out. This is a COD invoice.
2; You call me again to say that your gateis still giving you a problem. I come out and find that the IR beams are filled with ants. I tell you that I can clean them, but that they will probably not work properly. You give me along sad story about how you cannot afford it, so I clean out the beams as best as I can and leave them working. I do not charge you for the call.
3; You call me again. You insist that it must be the board that I put in and ask for a brand new board and not the exchange board I put in I come out, this time with spirits and I clean the IR beam with spirits and hope this will help to keep them working. I also put in a brand new PC board in the machine which you asked for. Again I do not charge you, but explain that this is all I can do.
4; You call me again. Again I come out, but this time insist that the IR beam board must be changed with a new one as I cannot keep coming out free of charge. I put the new IR beam board in and give you the old one showing you the corrosion on the board as well as give you an invoice for the IR beam and the extra cost for the new PC board that you asked for.
You go totally mad. You threaten to set your dogs on me and tell me to remove my stuff. I do this and leave before you carry out your threat to set your dogs on me.
5; Then your mother phones in a terrible state and tells me that I have stolen the parts and that she will hold me responsible if anything happens to her. Now remember you have not paid me one cent.
I tell her that the parts are mine and not yours until you have paid for them and that until I get payment I am not returning. I also tell her that you are the most rude and crazy person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. She simply tells me that you have a temper and that I must deal with her and not you. (She should have told me this from the start).
6; Your mother pays for the call out and the motor PC board and promises to pay for the IR beam board. I return and replace the motor board and the IR beam board and all is working.
7. I get another call from your mother to say there is a problem. I come out and find no fault. The gateworks first time.
8 She calls again. Again I come out and the gateis working…no charge
9; She calls again. This time when I arrive the problem shows itself. It is the micro switches on the machine. I open the motor and show your domestic the problem. Your mother tells me that she cannot afford it. I close the machine and leave. I did not get any further instructions.
Your mother phones me again later in the day to ask why I have not fixed it. I tell her I am waiting on her instruction. She tell me she told the domestic to tell me to do it. She did not tell me.
10. I sent another technician out to do it. He arrives quite late and it is raining. You threaten to shoot him and set the dogs on him and he leaves.
11 Your mother phones me the next morning and I told her that your be ha vi our is totally unacceptable and we will not return to a client who threatens our lives.
We can do without your vicious, arrogant and bullying be ha vi our. Your poor mother must have suffered greatly raising you and having to put up with you loud and irrational be ha vi our.
I hope you have managed to follow this, not that I expect you to have any rational or logical thought process.

Your insulting replies are really pathetic!
I really want to laugh at your interpretation of this whole incident.
As to my bad temper & stupidity u are blaming your sheer incompetence on, where are the SAP charges?
I stand by my statement that u are a ***** AND not a very clever ***** as this whole incident shows.
I have email proof of your company wanting to submit a false claim to the insurance.
I again state “I do not pay for a spare twice especially when listed on the same invoice”.
Your ramblings about my temper, stupidity & threats are just your excuse for simply being incompetent.
A person who cannot fix a simple gate after 8 attempts is pathetically stupid!!
As to your refusal to correct your INCORRECT invoice, this reflects how stupid u are to underestimate MY intelligence.
Your whole company’s incompetence was highlighted by the professional we called out to fix the "GRS" Mess.
He commented on / showed me the mess he had to fix including the motor not being earthed (this was the last component, u simon gore worked on). U, simon gore, obviously don’t have any electronic or electrical qualifications which was highlighted / proved by your inability to replace a single board.
The professional (recommended by Santam Legal Dept) fixed mygate after 1 call, and is still working.
Enough said.
I notice your website occupies a 1st page position on Google.
As I am a Search Engine Marketing professional, I will publish up a blog to view on the pages on Google where your site comes up telling my whole story.
Your current position on Google and website are a gross misrepresentation of your Company and services u offer.
We will see just how many other people there are out there your company has ripped off / not delivered your advertised service.
This is only the start of me getting my story out there so other people don’t make the same mistake I made.
